Thee Perfect LBD
Hi friends! Happy Friday! I wanted to share with you the sweetest little black dress today on the blog. This beauty has the CUTEST scalloped detailing on both the sleeves and on the bottom of the dress. I love the sleeves on this dress! Such an adorable bubble-sleeve. Not to mention, this off-the-shoulder number is only $12 from Romwe! It's the perfect summer dress, or add a pair of ankle boots and denim jacket and this dress would transition into the cutest fall look!
