Hi friends! Happy Friday! Ok, so here's another simple but delicious recipe coming at you, this simple street corn dip... I LOVE Mexican street corn! So even better is this cold street corn dip which is super easy to make, perfect to make ahead and take to all of your summer bbq events {or enjoy at home}. I'll share the recipe below:: I eyeballed all of the ingredients, so feel free to add as much or as little as you like... Make this dip however you like! I used what I already had in my pantry and fridge. Life seems a little extra crazy these days, so I love whipping up something yummy in the kitchen to help take my mind off of the world's chaos:: tonight's simple dinner were these easy little lettuce wraps. You guys, these are SO good and so simple! I love that you can pretty much make this however you like:: add whatever toppings, sauces you love!
