Bump Update: 33 Weeks
I'm hitting 33 weeks in this pregnancy this week. Say what?! These last few weeks seem to be flying by ridiculously fast, and I'm doing my best not to feel overwhelmed with emotions of both excitement and anxiousness. I can only imagine how quick these last few weeks are going to go... I'm currently feeling well, as well as you can feel at 33 weeks I'd say. This is the typical point in pregnancy where sleep is becoming harder at night {because I'm mostly uncomfortable in just about every position}. The baby as of lately, also feels as if it has grown a tremendous amount, I'm starting to feel 'huge', ha! Yet, I must say that 33 weeks has brought me major happiness and a feeling of 'we are getting closer!'... Current cravings: I'm still craving anything and everything sour and salty. Potato chips are my jam, and so is any kind of sour candy. This has been a craving I have had for most of my pregnancy, so random right?... Other than cravings, the baby bag is packed, my hospital bag is packed, and my hubby is no where near packing his bag, haha. I am completely in nesting-mode though, and I've organized the smallest and strangest drawers and cabinets in our home. I recently packed a fun little bag for our 22 month old daughter for when she visits us in the hospital to meet her new sibling for the first time! I packed her a bag full of treats/snacks, a coloring book, crayons, stickers, etc. I thought this would be a fun bag to help entertain her in the hospital while she is with us and family... I also put together a small gift for our daughter from her new sibling. I've heard of people doing the whole 'Big Sis/Big Bro' gifts, and I love the idea! I really want to make our daughter feel special and excited to meet her new sibling, and I thought a sweet gift would help cushion the new addition, somewhat. It's not a huge gift, just a few fun things for our sweet girl. I might share the gift in a post later on the blog, so stay tuned! I'm so excited for our daughter to be a big sister, I just know she is going to be the best sister! So caring and loving.
